Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At ShroomBoost we are committed to providing the best quality products and customer service. In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, be sure to contact us in the first instance and we will strive to rectify the situation.

Due to the nature of our products our refund and returns policy has some important restrictions. Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, unopened vacuum sealed packaging.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to rectify the situation to your satisfaction we will provide details about the returns process, including the returns address and arrange for a refund or replacement. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and the next steps in processing your return.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
